·The cabling contractor is working to install additional data jacks in the MAC room.
·Power to the desks in the MAC lab in being worked on by vendor.
·The tickets.com PC was relocated from RV Theater to TP/SS Performing Art Center for tickets sales. Testing and connectivity is in process.

· The piano lab has added a core drill for the cabling to be run from each piano keyboard back to a main control device in the lab. The cabling has been scheduled to be run within the next two weeks.

·AV implementation is completed with the exception of the LCD’s which is scheduled to be done later in the summer.
·Infrastructure implementation is completed with the exception of an Ethernet cabling for a floor box in the computer lab. The cabling contractor is working to add the cabling.
·The college telephone group has started installing some phones in the building.
·The MAC workstations have been installed and being configured.
·The piano lab has been tested and completed with the additional agreement from facilities to add another core drill for cable management of piano wiring.

Wireless Cabling and Access Points started implementation on January 14th. The AP's estimated to be installed the middle of Febuary based on the security of the building.

The IT biweekly meetings with the groups have been scheduled.

The CAC IT kick-off meeting is scheduled for September 17, 2008.
