Progress Update

· Biweekly IT project meeting 5/14/09.
· Meeting with cabling contractor, facilities, electrician, college cabling group and AV to review SIWS data locations and how to mount the data jacks for the furniture.
· A walk-through to confirm cabling is completed.
· Preparing for Presidio (infrastructure) to complete configuration.
· A voice walkthrough to confirm voice labeling scheme from cable contractor
· Project is still on schedule to open in the Fall 09 semester.
